1. Return Policy

Customers may request a return if they are not satisfied with the product. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 01942538919 as soon as possible after receiving the product.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if the customer does not like the product at the time of delivery, they may return it by paying only the delivery charge.

Returned products must be in unused condition with original packaging and tags. If the returned product is damaged, used, or returned without original packaging and tags, the return request may not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange to deliver the correct product and may request the incorrect item to be returned.

Refunded amounts will be credited to your bKash account. Please note that shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

The refund process may take 7–10 business days to complete after the returned product has been received and verified.

In case of a partial return, only the returned product amount will be refunded.

For refund amounts exceeding 20,000 BDT, the payment will be transferred through a banking channel instead of mobile banking.

Certain products such as personalized or customized items may not be eligible for a refund unless they are damaged or defective.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled as soon as possible, provided that the order has not already been processed or shipped.
